Quick, affordable and easy process, connection was excellent, will definitely use again on next trip!

In my opinion, 110mb isn't enough per day, maybe it should be increased slightly? Occasionally the data did not connect well or I received no signal. This was frustrating.
The unlimited aspect was very comforting, so I was sure I would receive no excess charges.

I found CDJapan Rental to be a great service during my 2.5 weeks in Japan (I rented a sim card for my iPhone 5s). They were courteous in answering all of my questions before I even rented anything, they know the technical specs of their products, I found their pricing structure to be more reasonable than some of the other providers out there, my sim card was ready for me at my hotel on the day that I arrived and I had everything I needed to switch sim cards and also a return envelope for when my service came to an end. I also received a confirmation email when the sim card was returned safely, so overall I had a fantastic experience. Thank you CDJapan! (Australian user).

Great service! This is the second year we have rented the wi-fi devices. Sometimes the battery life is not as long as advertised but that is usually on a day we use it a lot (my phone will drain at about the same rate). I have one of those portable batteries and I use that to recharge it when I have a long day out away from the hotel and it works great. There was an issue with the passcode to one of the devices but we got a reply from customer service right away and it resolved the issue immediately. We will be using this again on our next trip.

Ordering process was straight forward. Wifi was extremely useful during our trip.

Prompt and efficient service. Easy to follow site. I will use the service again.

Easy, painless process. Package received at the hotel before check in, and return envelope with prepaid postage is prepared so I only need to find a mailbox to drop the return envelope when done. Mailboxes were easily found, with one right in front of my hotel. Setup for iphone is a bit more difficult with the need to download the profile (thus needing a wifi connection)

Great service and product as usual! I missed the KIX post office opening hours due to delays, and immediately requested for a redelivery to another address. It arrived the next day before 10 AM without any hassle Thank you CDJapan!

Hassle free service and very good coverage. Collect from hotel and drop in to post box on the last day. Need a free WiFi hotspot to download profile.
Some devices, such as my Huawei R216 Pocket WiFi, requires to manually configure the IPv4 dial code. I found that context 4 works for me (*99***4#). Hope this information helps.

Easy to use and reliable service.

Excellent and affordable rental SIM cards for visitors to Japan. Was in Tokyo (including Kamakura and Nikko) and Sapporo and experienced quick internet everywhere I went.

the modem was great.. reception and coverage area was excellent.. thumbs up!

Both renting and returning the device was fast and effortless. The device worked very well and the battery lasted for a fairly long time.
