We issue a full refund when an order is cancelled 5 days or more prior to the start date. Cancellations made later will receive a partial refund.

If the item is not returned within 5 days after the rental end date, Lost/Replacement fees will be charged (Late Fees will not be applied in this case). Both Lost/Replacement Fees and Late Fees, if applicable, will be charged to the credit card used for the purchase.
Please note that submitting a cancellation request from MyPage is required. If you return the item without requesting a cancellation, processing follows these guidelines:
