I use the Card at my iPhone 6s and its very easy to make work. Im very happy about it. I use the Instagram posting and opening photos all the days off my trip. I recomend the cdjapan Card for sure. You cant do anything without Internet in Japan.

Usage posted no problems, and the connection was fast even after lengthy video calls and a lot of GPS. It is also compatible with my device and could be used throughout Japan. However the tutorial for the APN and the password (etc) should have been on a single sheet of paper instead of separate sheets for easier handling.

Good service, reliable and on time. The battery lasted a long time.
Hopefully flexible options on the days of rental can be available, such as any number from 3 to 15 days.

As per usual, a very efficient service that provided all the wifi connectivity needed, even in some of the most remote places in Hokkaido.

Used the SIM card for my recent trip to Hokkaido. It works in most of the places i go to with occasional brief glitches where there is no reception in mountain area which i think is quite normal. However the reception will soon come back. This is my 2nd time renting.. and will continue to rent for my future trips to Japan.

Great service, it was a very useful device and easy to use. I loved that it was small and portable and I didn't need to set up anything, also more than one person could utilize it and it was delivered right to my hotel.

Would recommend as it helped us get online pretty much everywhere we visited. Only problem is that the battery would drain very quickly, even when following all recommendations provided (we often found it running out about 4pm). You have to be very careful with use, so is not good if you are relying on it for people to contact you.

Easy and Fast, from getting the item to giving it back

Easy pick up and return process, easy SIM card setup, instructions provided were very cleared.

I have had the pleasure of using CD Japan's service twice, first a year ago for 6 months for myself and my children, and more recently in May, 2016. I found their Sim card rentals reasonably priced and with the unlimited data option, convenient and worry-free. I enjoyed good service from the company and found it efficient and effective. The Sim cards were available as requested, extension of service was simple and return in the prepaid envelope from the airport easy.

To be honest, the hardest part was finding the post office at the airport, to pick up the package. Once I had the device in-hand, it was exactly like using any other wifi service.

To me it worked really well, very practical and also had good reception almost everywhere. The returning form is so easy it made me more at ease during my trip.

Great service with best value for money we could find. Used the LTE service for 3 months flawless. Would recommend without a doubt.

I was quite impressed with the whole service. Quick delivery, easy to set up, good signal reception with no cap on data usage. I could easily extend days of use and there was someone to call when I needed a little help. Pre paid return envelope was included as well. I am certain I will use there service again on my next trip to Japan. Highly recommended.

I'm really glad I rented the mobile wi-fi for my trip to Japan. It was easy to use, with very clear instructions on how to use, charge, and return (returning it was very easy). The charge held well for an entire day. It did get really hot, even though it was in my purse (kept it in a pocket on my purse that was not right up against my body, but it still got really hot). But I would still rent it again and recommend that anyone visiting Japan needs to rent one.

Good Service. I always had a stable Internet connection and i will rent again over CDJapan Rental. It was easy, best price-value comparison, it worked and it was uncomplicated.

SIM card was compatible, internet access was easy to set up, connection was fast, service worked very well without interruptions 24 hours a day from the beginning to the end. The pocket WIFI worked perfectly to provide fast internet access on the go for our three week trip to Japan. I couldn't count the number of times that I relied on it to navigate streets and transit systems, find good, affordable restaurants, and to decide on the fly between multiple amazing sightseeing opportunities. There just isn't time to see everything, and being able to research on the go proved invaluable. Renting this device added serious value to our trip.

I find the CD Japan Rental service and excellent service and good value for money. I would recommend...and I have.
