Everything was convenient and fast, no delays, connection of device was really good, only at some places it cannot be connected which is fine. Overall very satisfied.

I found the website very easy to use, it was very simple to order the card and actually start using it. I had no issues with payment or anything else what-so-ever. Moreover, I found that this option was actually a lot cheaper than the other options I had seen before and after I ordered my card from CDJapan.
I would absolutely recommend this service! (You won't be able to get around Japan properly without a data sim plan, just saying).

Rented a Nano and Micro data sim cards for our business trip to Tokyo, Japan. Traveled to Nagoya and service was good too. Just wish we could just discard sim and not mail it back. Best prices for data sim rentals. Any information if cellular calls will be included?

Another great trip to Japan using the Rental Wifi! From Kansai/Osaka to Nagoya, Setagaya, back to Nagoya and then flight back home from Narita!

This service was very convienent and helpful. The instructions explain how to start using the service and it worked very fast and everywhere I went. I even took a short trip to Okinawa and it worked fine. Once it stopped working for some reason, but when I restarted me phone it went back to normal.

Great ! Iphone 5S from Australia - was using Telstra network - swapped out the sim card in Japan. Download the profile - All working.
Was able to skype to the folks at home. LTE coverage was staying in mostly Roppongi area.

The device was easy to use and connection was good throughout the trip. It was very useful for checking information such as transit routes, directions and places to eat. Returning was super easy. I just dropped it off at the post box at the airport when I left. Overall a great experience.

Easy service - delivered to the hotel in Osaka - posted back a week later in Shibuya. Hotspot worked well, fast connection and lasted most of a day on a charge.

Data SIM card great option for keeping in touch via Facebook topped up with free wifi when available. Used for navigating around cities google maps also. Free wifi availability limited.

I really liked it! The product was super useful and worked well pretty much all the time once or twice I had a night where data cut out for a little while, but I can't fault the product for that. I had a little trouble setting up the sim card, but the customer service was fast and helpful. Overall I really liked it!

I rented a Mobile WIFI standard service for a month. They delivered on time and return process was so easy just put devices in a envelope and drop in the airport post. Also, they send you the receipt confirmation mail that was great. Over all I had great experience with this service. If you will be using this for checking e-mails and communicating with SMS Line, Viber etc., this is great device with great price. If you need to work on computer downloading files, expect to wait 10 minutes to download 1MB size file, so this is not for that kind of use. Anyway thank you for the service and hope this post help others.

Everything went great. Pick-up, setup and returning the sim card was child's play. Even though I didn't use the online page to extend the rental period it was reassuring the option was there. One of the only providers with unlimited internet and with a great price to boot. I will definitely use your services again if I ever return to Japan.

I had no issues with my phone card. Always had high speed data and Wi-Fi access.

I was not happy with the service as the data limit before shaping per day Is very low (110mb). That's really not enough for today's smart phones and apps like snapchat.
