The pocket wifi was delivered on time and picked up (from Narita airport teminal 2) very easily. The speeds for the product were very usable and stable for us throughout all of Japan.
Returning the wifi was also super easy and I could not ask for a better product.

The service was excellent. The order tracking was convenient and instructions for use and return were clear.

It is very nice and convenient to book and use your rental service. The service including the extension service is very convenient and helpful. The website is so thoughtful and clearly written that it answers all of potential questions in my mind. The only issue is that the battery cannot hold for a whole day. A moving charger is needed. I will definitely come back to you if I come to Japan again.

The portable wifi which I had rented has coverage at all the places that I went including up the mountain. Thanks for the service. It was excellent :)

This is the third time using CDJapan mobile WIFI. This time we had ordered and using 4 sets of Mobile WIFI for our 15 days Hokkaido and around Kawaguchiko self drive in Sept and Oct. The coverage and reception had been good and consistent for our comm among 4 cars and 16 individuals. It is very convenient and easy in collection and return of the devices. You can track and trace your order. There are timely email notification on your devices return date and confirmation of return. We will use this service again next time visiting Japan.

The MyFi unit worked exactly as advertised and it allowed us to run two devices simultaneously flawlessly. You price was the most competitive and offered excellent customer service. It was super convenient! I moved to Japan and my internet wasn't setup yet, so it was a lifesaver to get internet quickly. I worked great, I just put it near the window to get signal haha! The return process was also very simple and easy. I highly recommend them!

It was easy to install with instructions on the website, the helpful reminder to use Safari and not other browers helped tremendously.

I made an on-line order for the Portable WiFi. It unit arrived on the date I asked for and found the battery life satisfactory and was never without coverage throughout my travels in Japan.
I did have some difficulty with the on-line order form as I was unfamiliar with the address format in Japan. Your on-line support staff are very good and I commended them.

The pocket wifi worked very well. It gave me access to wifi and the internet at all times. Pickup at the Narita Post Office worked very well, and so did the drop off return in a post office mail box.

We found the quick service very efficient. Package was waiting for us as promised on our arrival at Narita. Email updates kept me informed at all times as to status of my order. Instructions on use were very clear. Return process at the end was very convenient and easy.
