I have always found this to be a highly efficient service.

Rented the 7 day sim card. Was worried about the speed at first but was not a problem at all. I only used for google maps and google searches and occasionally reading and sending emails - its adequate - not slow at all. I don't think i used the full 100 mb, i did use it sparingly just in case. It was quick and easy to get connected, no issues at all. Got it sent to my hotel.

The service was great. My device was at delivered to my hotel, and was there when I checked in. Booking through the website was easy, and quick.

Pickup is easy. There are some places with no internet connections - takayama & shirakawago (main tourist attraction places). The battery occasionally is unstable, it goes down by 40% within 2 hours with 2 phones connected it.

This data SIM card was really helpful during our stay in Japan! Signal strength and speed was also great considering its affordability. In rural areas, however, don't expect same signal coverage and internet speed.

Great service! SIM cards were waiting for us at the hotel and were very simple to set up. Helped us to get around with Google Maps and play Pokémon Go! :)

Great, easy to use service. Pickup and drop off were very convenient. The battery life was surprisingly long for a pocket wifi. Only problem was the slightly slow connection with the standard speed unit.

Battery life of the pocket wifi does not hold a charge. Drains really fast.

Great! Always online, from Osaka to Yamagata.

The service was great - simple to use, easy to order. We stayed in an AirBnB and had it delivered to a post office for pickup instead of having it delivered right to our address. Pickup was straightforward. The WiFi unit itself worked as advertised, we went hiking in Kawazu almost at the tip of the Izu peninsula and had no issues with coverage.

LIFE SAVER.... without the wifi puck... I think I would have been lost and would not have been able to go to all of the places I want to go to.

Excellent service. The sim cards worked without a hitch. The data limit was also sufficient for us to access maps and other information needed while travelling. We could make calls through whatsapp and other similar services. The speed was great as well.

Easy pickup/dropoff, solid service, great price. One of the best decisions I made on my trip was to get a sim card from CDJapan!

Best price I've found online. But I definitely consider actual speeds to be slow. Sometimes too slow depending where you are. Load times for webpages and photos on iPhone can be frustrating.

The cheapest sim rentals and reliable cellular service in Japan.

In overall it was great but... I think that the 110 MB per day is not enough. Afterward the speed really drops and the user experience isn't good.
I think that the quota should be dramatically increased

The mobile router downloading speed was fast. However the battery life could not sustain after 12 hours usage. Thus, a power bank is handy as a standby.

The wifi is very fast and pocket wifi is very easy to use. Unfortunately it do not has a coverage in underground subway station and mountain area such as Rokko mount, Kobe.
