Connection is good. I could receive signal on remote areas. But I wish it has more speed.

The data sim card was very useful for my one month stay in Japan. Highly recommend for anyone without an international calling plan.

Thank you for delivering the device to the post office near my accommodation in Tokyo. It was very convenient for me to collect. The device worked well for our two week period, we had no problems. It was very easy to post back to you from Kansai airport Osaka on our departure. I would recommend your company and would use it again, the price was competitive, and service good.

It helped us a lot during our stay in Osaka and Tokyo. Very convenient and the service was efficient, we arrived in our hotel in Osaka and the item was already at the front desk.

Very efficient process and wasy to use website to reserve the internet devices. The pocket wifi worked well in the cities we visited (Tsu, Nagoya, Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Miyajima) and was very helpful in finding restaurants and checking maps.

Very good. Uptime for wifi was very consistent when not using media heavy applications.

Second time using. Reliable. Easy to purchase and certainly easier to return. To even provide a pin is a considerate service.

Device was okay. Speed was quite fast when it worked (which was most of the time). But sometimes connection was interrupted and I had to restart either the device or my phone's WIFI. Biggest inconvenience maybe that the battery couldn't last very long, if I left home at 11 AM it would be drained by 6 PM. But it could be because it put it in my pocket which made it hotter than usual.

The product and service were almost perfect. I had a last minute flight change and needed to change the shipping address after the product was already shipped. Their 1000 yen address change service worked and my product was shipped to the new address the following day. The wifi device worked very well, but was not at a full charge when first received, which was a minor inconvenience. I would definitely do business with this site again

Very easy to use and setup! Coverage while in certain areas of Okinawa were spotty, but this was understood prior to rental.

This service was so convenient! Delivered straight to my hotel, was waiting for me when I got there. Worked perfectly, although there were quite a few places the wifi couldn't get a signal (mainly inside big buildings) it was mostly fine. The battery lasted for probably 6 hours or so of constant use. Easy to return with prepaid envelope.

Amazing service, the signal was good on most locations, recommend for those staying in big cities.

Initial set up with the APN profile required a little extra work, but was simple to accomplish in the airport.
Overall the price and coverage were excellent. I would definitely use this service again.
My only wish would be for a higher allotment of full speed data, but the throttled speed was sufficient.

Excellent service and very convenient

The service was good. The package arrived at my appointed address on time. Having full wifi everywhere you go is the most important thing in Japan since the streets are hard to find, train and bus timetable can also be searched to get to your destination on time.

Thank you for a great service. Very helpful before and during the service for organizing a rental for my Dad who is not very tech savy. All questions answered promptly via email and my Dad had no trouble using the device when he was in Japan.

We went to Osaka, Hiroshima, Tokyo, Kawaguchiko (Fuji), Gala Yuzawa (Niigata), Doraemon Museum (Kawasaki), Kyoto. Great signal coverage, except in tunnels and subway of course (in some subways we still got signal). Really cheap and the not too slow (except if you open videos). Great for maps and hyperdia navigation. Recommended.

Very useful. Having internet in japan is a must, indispensable. Specially for norikae-annai apps and google maps for directions.
Also for LINE chat and free calls (everyone in japan uses LINE).
For phone calls, I had Skype subscriptions for japan and my country, and even after the "speed down" of the SIM card or de portable wifi, it was good enough to make calls through skype.

Adding extensions was easy, inquiries were answered promptly, and delivering the device back was simple.

The pocket wi-fi made my trip to Japan one of the best experiences of my life. It kept me in contact with my family back home, and it was incredibly easy to use.
