Awesome service, will definitely use it again.

This service was so convenient; very happy we discovered this company. One thing I'd like to see is the opportunity to add days to a set rental period at the beginning so I don't have to pay the foreign currency exchange fee twice on my credit card.

Quick delivery and very simple setup (in my case, I didn't even needed to configure the APN, just choose the right one for 4G). Very good connectivity both outdoor and indoor, bandwidth ok for day to day usage (communications with mail / Line / Skype, browsing, map...).

After comparing all options available I figured out cdjapan had the cheapest service, so for me it was a no brainer. Everything went smoothly, from the airport pickup to the sending back, it was an easy device to use. I was connected in Tokyo all the time and this truly enhanced my trip. I definitely recommend cdjapan for pocket wifi and I will use it again on my next trip.

Able to connect with at least 3G in all cities in Japan. Collection at the post office was super easy (bring your passport and show it at the post counter), and returning is just dropping the rental items in a mailbox. No fuss. Connection is good for Google maps, simple browsing, and using social media to post. Connection was not fast enough to do any streaming, or if you need to download/upload anything with a massive size. Read the emails and instructions that they send, as it's not as common to return the sim card (because if you don't do it, you'll get charged), and also to download a certain Profile in Settings for iPhone (this is super easy to do too, they give step by step instructions with images if you're not a tech person). Overall, would recommend CD Japan.

Rented a pocket wifi for our 5-day tour in Japan by placing an order online. The process was easy and really convenient. I picked up the unit at Narita Airport post office when we arrived and just dropped it off in the mailbox found at the airport when we left. I am very much satisfied with the service. It was very smooth and we didn't encounter any problem. The signal was also great and it helped us a lot during our travel. Will definitely avail the service again when I come back to Japan.

No complaint. Smooth delivery as always. My phone seems to be getting used to the rental SIM; the SIM worked when it was plugged in (after it acquired the signal) and never disconnect as it did during previous rentals.

We r first time users of mobile high speed wifi. CD Japan rental was easy to use. They were careful in including all necessary instructions to make pick up, set up use and return very easy. I would highly recommend them. Having pocket wifi as travellers made getting around Japan much simpler too.

I find your service very reliable and much better priced than renting a device from the providers at the Airport at arrival.

Your company made my trip to Sapporo & Osaka very memorable. The website was easy to navigate in order to reserve and have my SIM card sent to my hotel. The speed of the data meet my needs. Also appreciated the "unlimited" use of data during my vacation. The only challenge I had was updating my "APN" profile in my iPhone.

It was one of the cheapest ones I found in English and the website was easy to navigate. Device was delivered early at my parents' house and return was also easy.

The pocket wifi was very reliable and convenient to use. I had no problem about it.

The mobile hotspot was working very nicely in Tokyo and Kyoto (even between those cities) it was waiting for us in the hotel and was easy to return. I really recommend it for everyone

Surprised the delivery was so quick and without issues. Set up was quite simple, but requires internet access to do so.
