Great little box, kept me up with Wifi through out my tour around Tokyo and Osaka. Used everyday in the subways, and on trains. Highly recommend to hire one of these Wifi Boxes.

Easy to use service; very professional, with clear instructions and good Wi-Fi coverage in a range of geographic areas.

Very satisfied! Great coverage everywhere I went in Japan including all subways and the hills around Kamakura. Instructions for pickup, return and installation were very clear and easy to follow. I am very happy I chose CD Japan and would not hesitate to recommend to fellow travellers!

Rental and return service was wonderful. Unit was waiting for me at arrival of our hotel, worked great and return process was simply dropping the enclosed return envelope at the airport Post Office. Would highly recommend rental of the wi-fi router as you are not always within reach of free wi-fi.

The package arrived on time at the post office in Narita Airport for us to pick up. The setup instruction is clear and easy to follow through. Found the speed is really slow at the end of day for Standard model when you needed the most. Next time I will consider unlimited data usage.

I found the service really easy to use. The SIM was available to pickup from Narita T1 and simply returned to the same place at the end of our holiday.

The instructions for use were extremely clear and everything worked as describe. Will definitely use again when I return to Japan :)

Great service, pretty fast Internet (10-20 Mbps download, and 5-10 upload). The unlimited internet is a nice feature. Was certainly one of the best things we did for our Japan trip!

My second time using this service but on a different phone. Took long time to set it up this time but the guides provided was excellent help and my connection was established before the airport shuttle stopped at my destination.

pocket wi-if worked great - mostly used for google maps, getting different information, emails... used in cities but also on the small islands Naoshima and Teshima, great reception also on trains, metro, shinkansen... (only when trains were in tunnels, there was no reception). had it in my rucksack, we were 2 people using it, up to 4 devices.

Easy to setup, easy to return, but when in big cities the wifi only worked some of the time. The speed was good when it did work.

Very easy to use service, the portable wifi was a brilliant choice for our Japan adventure helping us stay connected at al times of our long journey often to remote locations. Don't visit Japan without one.

Overall I was glad to have the WiFi and it was easy to pick up and even easier to drop off. I'd recommend it to people I know going to Japan to go this method.

Everything worked very efficiently with the mobile wifi rental from CDJapan - delivery was as expected, and the device worked faultlessly and had a good battery life (we did carry power-packs too). It would be useful to have known the 'high' and 'slow' speeds of the device - though even the 'slow' speed was fine for our usage once we'd exceeded the 'high' data usage. The pre-paid return envelope and checklist made return very simple. I'd be happy to recommend CDJapan to friends and colleagues, and thought that the charges were reasonable compared with some other suppliers.

I was very satisfied. I chose the cheapest option also with the lowest limit data. But it was enough for the purpose I wanted to use (emails, WhatsApp and other communication) for more data you can always connect to wi-fi somewhere.

I'm very happy with the service. Pick up and return were easy. Speed was great and I had signal everywhere from Tokyo and Osaka to the mountains in Tokushima. Battery life was good and would typically last for 10-12 hours on moderate usage. The device comes with a 2-outlet USB charger and a cable.
