Great value and very reliable network reception.

Everything worked very smoothly - the unit was waiting for collection when we arrived at our hotel. Setup was very straightforward on both android smartphone and Ipad. Travelled between Tokyo, Hiroshima and Kyoto, had wifi available for the whole trip.

Very efficient, good value and reliable. The package was waiting for us at Narita Airport, and the rental dates were easily changed once I realised I had booked it for one day too early. The internet itself was fantastic, and worked well, even for watching videos etc. 10/10 would use them again!

Great and easy to use.

Works OK, except when in underground (Basement and lower - no signal at all - Im using Xiao Mi Max Android phone). Whatsapp Video calls & LINE video calls were choppy even in Central Tokyo. Messaging, email, etc works fine.

Perfect to use especially when your home mobile service provider company doesn't have a protocol with any of the mobile companies in Japan. It worked perfectly. In the ten days of using it never had the tiniest glitch in the in the functioning of the device. It even worked everywhere on the Tokyo, Metro system. So, again thank you for the flawless service. Wifi was excellent! Could not have navigated Japan without it. Was easy to use and return.

I have to say: It was perfect. The price is very good and fair. The SIM card was delivered to my hotel and I easy can catch it up there and start. The connection was always stable and I could use 4G nearly everywhere. The returning process also went very easy. Just put the return envelope containing the card at airport post box. Thank you for such a good service!!!

I was impressed with the internet speed and ease of use. Connection was available everywhere we went. Device arrived at our hotel earlier than expected and returning the device was very convenient especially since the mailbox was just outside our hotel.

Everything was good but it did not work well in subways at all and underground places.

Fast internet was available even in smaller towns (like Asuka and Maizuru), but mostly not on rural train tracks. The battery life was quite good, I only had to charge the wifi dongle overnight.

It was very useful tool in order to not get lost in Tokyo. I had internet everywhere, even in the distant towns in the mountain!

Great process and easy to use and came in a cute little bag for travels which was handy. Appreciated the confirmation and reminder emails throughout the trip. I did experience some network issues whilst travelling on the subway and in a few buildings but these didn't impact my browsing significantly.

I have used this service during à year un japan ans i think it's very useful. During this période i didn't have any problem with internet ans it helped me à lot for work .

excelent service: i collected pocket wifi at narita Post office as planned
cdrental pocket wifi made me stay connected everywhere, very seldom having lack of signal.
Battery life was acceptable: using it from earlu morning I needed to charge it only in the late afternoon or evening

We are very happy with the service, it took a little while for us to setup the device, but after that everything was more than fine. Fast surfing and enough bandwidth that we could call home with skype and whatsapp without any problems. Even in "slow mode" after the first 100MB we could surf easily and quality of phone calls was very good. We are very satisfied with the service and will certainly use it again when we go back to Japan. We had wi-fi at all hotels we stayed in, but it was not strong enough for VOIP, so this really was the best choice for us. We called home every other day (total over 75 minutes) and we had no extra expenses.

This service is a blessing for me. It came in very useful as I traveled around Tokyo and using a considerable amount of data. Speeds are fast as well. Will gladly use this service again next time.

Everything was great and easy to use.

It was very convenient. I ordered before going to Japan and have it delivered to the airport where I would land. Upon landing, just went to the post office to pickup and I was then online. Same as upon returning, I just dropped the mobile wifi device at the post office of the airport when I left Japan.
Signal was basically OK within Tokyo area. I just can't get signal when I am at restaurants which are at the basement.

I received my pocket wifi very fast & it was very easy to return it. But I found that the battery drained very fast & would die co stantly for no reason. It would be fully charged (charged overnight) but then die within 3 hours of use.
