The pocket WiFi was excellent. It had good reception everywhere and great speeds. It made traveling much easier, since we could use the internet on our phones to look up train information.

CD Japan rental service is very useful indeed! It is convenient as it is delivered to a given address, however I did collect mine at the nearest post office. Recommend without any hesitation.

Easy to use! Connection is somewhat poor while the subway train is moving, but it is not a negative thing to give since a lot of inmovable objects are blocking the signal for the device to provide internet connection.

Very quick and easy transaction - from ordering, payment, to delivery. I even had to extend my rental and it was so easy doing it online. I also liked it that they provide very easy-to-understand instructions on how to receive and return the device.

Website was simple and easy to understand. The wifi arrived promptly. It even arrived a day earlier. And it was true that I could set it up fast and easily. I also checked other wifi rental companies and the price here was competitive and even cheaper than some others. There was no added cost. What you see in the website was what you paid for. The instructions were clear and simple. The company even sent me a reminder 2 days before the return date. I returned it in the airport in its return envelope which is very convenient.

This is my second time using CDJapan Rental service [SIM card rental] and i still like it! As it is hassle-free from the booking process, delivering to the place i stayed ans also returning. Everything is smooth. Will recommend this if you are a solo traveller for the sim card rental.

Delivery to the our hotel was very convenient. Instructions were very clear. Return envelope to drop-off at airport was awesome. Price was fair. Battery lasted almost the whole day, but we had an extra battery pack for cellphones and hotspot. If out all day, make sure you have backup power for the hotspot. We got the hotspot with higher range which worked well when we were on the outskirts of Osaka and Kyoto. Overall experience was exceptional.

I rented a pocket wifi and had it delivered to the Post Office in Narita T2. The package was already there as soon as I arrived. The package contained the pocket wifi device including the charger/cable and instructions. Everything was easy to understand. I was connected in no time as soon as I turned on the device. Signal was strong and consistent all throughout my trip. This is the 3rd time I've used cdJapan on my trips to Japan and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future. Btw, I've used other companies prior and cdJapan still offers the best value. Definitely highly recommended!
