Very convenient and easy to use. Very nice connectivity and coverage especially around Tokyo. A single 100% charge of pocket wifi device would last me the whole day. Overall, very nice service/value for money.

Great coverage, I was able to use Google Maps and Hyperdia seamlessly. Easy to return, I just dropped it at the nearest Post Office mailbox before Immigration.

My SIM card was waiting for me at my Tokyo hotel and the network coverage was excellent all across Hokkaidō

The pocket wifi was very easy to use, and small and light to carry around. Reception was always reliable. Pick-up from the airport post office was straightforward. Good communication from CDJapan. Don’t leave ordering to the last minute, as I did, because there’s a cut-off period (to allow for delivery), although for an extra fee you can get exress delivery.

The service was easy. I was able to send the rental sim card to my parents' apartment where I was staying. The instructions were easy to follow to install the card. Return was a breeze with the self address, stamped envelope that was provided.

Excellent service and clear website

It was a very easy process, I appreciated the reminders too as I could have gotten carried away on holiday and risked forgetting to post it. The postage process was very simple and allowed me to maximise its use due to the midnight deadline. It was helpful for tourists who may not have wanted to spend time in the post office trying to figure out how to send the item back. Very user friendly experience.

Efficient service, collected from the airport post office and had no trouble getting the sim card to work straight away in my Android phone.

Pickup of the device at the airport was easy, and the device was fully charged and ready to use. It had good battery life, but it would be nice to be able to see some record of our data usage to figure out what type of plan is sufficient for our typical needs while travelling.

Excellent, the modem arrived on time, the modem was very fast and had signal in every single place I went to. Plus, the unlimited data made it very convenient for everyday use.

I have always rented SimCard from CDJapan, everytime I visit Japan. It offers the best suite package of daily quota and speed for normal (and sometimes heavy) use, while in Japan. The Price are the most reasonable I could find, very easy to rent, pick up and return. They provide all the information I need, including the envelop for simcard return. I would highly recommend CDJapan for simcard rental.

Very quick delivery and good instructions for the WiFi. However, the price point for the Wi-Fi was very expensive.

PocketWifi worked very well. Thank you for the good and affordable service.
However, I noticed that outside of populated areas, the service seemed to be slower.
