Second time using CDJapan's rental service. Everything works well as advertised. Wifi is blazing fast and coverage is great.

Price was very reasonable, wifi box was easy to pickup and return on arrival/departure, signal worked great in all the cities I visited while in Japan.

The battery life of the router was great and connection was superb even in the 5th station at Mt. Fuji. I'm definitely going to use their services when I come back to Japan.

I found it very easy to pick up/drop off at airport (I didn't have it shipped to my hotel because I find Japanese addresses very confusing), It only lost coverage in remote areas while on a train (If you are only staying in a city you should be fine). I would highly recommend CDJapan's Wifi rental service.

I use their SIM every year myself but this time, I ordered a mobile router after a minor problem with a SIM. Quick solution was provided by them and the router worked well.
Always helpful and flexible when there is an issue to be resolved. Good, reliable service which I would recommend to friends and fellow travellers.

This is my 4th time renting from CDJapan. Delivery was prompt. I picked it up at Narita T2 post office with no issues. Service was always reliable at a fair price. Items were well packaged with easy instructions. Customer service is top notch. CDJapan is my pocket wifi/SIM rental of choice whenever I travel to Japan.

The pickup and returning of the device from Post Office was very convenient. Network coverage was pretty good.
Will be even better if CDJapan can consider providing DATA SIM card for those with their own pocket wifi device.

Communication prior to the usage dates was prompt and answered all questions. Usage during the rental period was excellent and worked in all areas, even when I travelled to Togura, Nagano. Only thing that was a little worrying was returning the item as it was marked as overdue. Only when checking the shipping out of the device did I realize that it would take several days to return to CDJapan.

Perhaps the best thing you could do is include the tracking number in the paperwork that the person keeps. That way they can track the package as it is returned to you. I regret not doing that myself.

I've used this service many times, both the sim card and pocket wifi. Each time I rent for at least 2 months, and it's always inexpensive and reliable. The ease of setup and return is a big part of why I keep coming back.

I am a 3rd time repeat user and will probably use it again. Overwhelming value, prompt service. Works everywhere even on top of mt Fuji!

As a foreign tourist in Japan, I found the Mobile WIFI Standard Speed 10 days Rental very useful. The price is good and the service is excellent.

The Softbank Wifi dongle worked well everywhere I used it, in big and small towns in Shikoku & Honshu, from Kotohira to Mito.

Good service, easy to use. Sadly the wifi didn't have connection outside of city areas, so I would not recommend this if you're in a village / nature often.

I've been a long time user of your service, the only problem I always encounter is there's always no service at the basement/underground of Tokyo Station, to be specific, on GranRoof restaurants. Not sure if it is really a deadspot since I've tried both pocket wifi and simcard and nothing worked. But anyway, elsewhere has good signal and I can't complaint.

I have used this service many times and I find it to be the cheapest and fastest option in Japan. The device is easy to get because it's mailed to you and it's easy to return because you mail it back before you leave. I will definitely use this service again on future trips to Japan.

Cell service was perfect I never had a problem with it. Directions were clear and understandable on how to use the SIM card and how to activate for a first time user. Would recommend
