Overall an excellent service, convenient to order, receive, and return, and fairly-priced.

Perfect, as always. I prefer using a WiFi router over e-sim as I can connect several devices, the price is very reasonable and data usage is not limited. The CD Japan rental service works exceptionally well and is very easy to use. The WiFi router is delivered to your accommodation and you can set it up upon arrival. To return it, you just have to put it in the prepaid envelope and throw it into the next post box (usually there'll be one at the airport, but any post box you come across will do). The only drawback is you have to remember the device as in: remember to actually carry the device with you, charge it (or use a mobile battery) and return it. I didn't have questions this time but whenever I did have questions in the past they responded quickly and were very helpful. Absolutely recommended.

Easy pickup and setup of device and good coverage.

Very nice service. Very consistent. Pick up and return are very simple. I think this makes the most sense when traveling to Japan.

All good, very reliable and steady connection. Plenty battery for the day on itself. I also appreciated the adapter coming with two USB ports. Very simple sendback procedure.

Overall are good, pick up and send back process also convenient.

I had a bad experience with this pocket wifi device. It cannot hold power for even half day. So just to save power & not loose wifi the whole day, I had to turn it off often. No good!

Collecting and returning were so simple and easier than another rental company which we had been using before. We liked your way better!

Your service was advertised as 1 rental device could carry upto 10 devices to be connected to wifi. However, we found it not correct. Each time when our 7th device got connected, the whole connection became so slow, or sometime lost its connection. We tested it a number of times between phones and laptops but this kept happening when we connected 7th device no matter what it was. So, it should not have been said "able to connect 10 devices" but "only 6". We already had 8 devices in our party which needed the wifi connection during our trip, so we ended up renting the 2nd device from you in the middle of our journey.

Very convenient and surprisingly fast

Excellent ordering service, device was delivered to the post office inside the airport as promised with no issues receiving it with the instructions easy to follow that was provide prior to arriving. The device is ultra fast and served as a super reliable hotspot that worked with no issues as long as you bring a battery pack and keep it going. Speeds reached around 315 Mbps with uploads approaching 120 Mpbs.

Pocket wifi has very fast internet even when using on a moving train and subway.

The whole pickup and drop off service at the post office or mailbox is very convenient. The new device’s battery lasted about 8-9 hrs which was really good.

The service was easy and worked great. My only compliant was the connection speed in the area we stayed (Omiya Ward in Saitama) was a little slow. I think of the couple tests I did we hit about 100Mbps, which was fine, but a touch slow for multiple people. We did just use it for WiFi in our friend's house being we all had eSIMs for outside the house.
