Our eSIM is for data usage only so you can not make phone calls using a phone number or use SMS.
Which device is compatible?
You can use it on eSIM compatible SIM free devices on both iOS/iPad OS device and Android devices
Which payment methods do you accept?
We only accept credit cards.
Do eSIMs expire?
Yes, they have an expiration date. Please consider the expiration date upon purchase.
When can I start using after purchase?
You can use immediately after purchase. But please take notice of the expiration date.
Can I use the same QR code to install the eSIM profiles on 2 devices?
Each QR code are tied to individual eSIM numbers and can only be used once. In order to use eSIM on more than 2 devices, you will need to purchase a new eSIM.
Can I move an eSIM that has already been installed, to use on a different device?
You can only install the eSIM on one device and therefore you can not use it on another device. You will need to purchase a new eSIM in order to use on another device.
Is there an expiration date for unused data plans.
Yes, there are. It expires according to the expiration date of purchased eSIM.
Is there an expiration date for the QR code to install the eSIM profile?
There is an expiration date for the eSIM so please install by the expiration date to get internet access.
Can I extend the expiration date of my purchased plan?
No you may not.
I’ve got “Could not activate mobile data network” “PDP authentication failure” error on my device.
If rebooting your device does not solve the issue, go to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings on your phone to reset the network setting. Then re-enter the APN settings again.
