When Purchasing eSIMs
For purchasing eSIMs for multiple individuals, we recommend placing separate orders for each person.
Example: If you need two eSIMs, please place two separate orders.
Each eSIM is linked to a single order.

Before the end of use, please DO NOT delete the installed eSIM.
If the installed eSIM is deleted, it cannot be installed again, even on the same device.

Activate
You can start using it anytime after purchase. You can start using it immediately or start after one month.
Once activated, the usage period will begin, so please activate and set it up after arriving in Japan.
