I rented their pocket wifi for a whole week. The whole process was extremely easy and without any problems. I picked up my rental at the airport, and I was connected to the internet as soon as I turned it on and entered the password on my phone. The battery lasted me a long time, but I also had a portable charger with me (highly recommend one). The return process is as easy as the pick-up process. I wrote to the company once to ask a question, and they immediately responded with an answer. Overall, 10 out 10.
Excellent coverage very fast internet. Pickup and delivery process very easy and convenient. Picked up at the Japan Post counter in Narita Airport terminal 1 and dropped it off right next to ANA check in counters.
The best package and most convenient I have found during my trip in Tokyo, not only from the aspect of payment made, but also option for picking up & returning the device. Though the device description mentioned the standby could last 6 hours, but actually longer than 6 hours (9 hours when I used), this is bonus to travelers.

Fantastic service, I got our pocket wifi delivered to a post office express and all worked perfectly. The instructions for return were very clear (maybe a bit of extra info regarding which terminals at airports have post boxes could help?) and the connection the device gave was fantastic.
No fuss service and it works as described. Probably should make a warning that WiMax pocket wifi doesn't work in Subways.

It's really easy and convenient! When I check in at my hostel, the wifi package is already there, and on my last day, I just need to put everything in the provided envelope and drop it in a post box, which can be easily found everywhere in Tokyo. No hassle, really. The wifi works great too. Would definitely recommend this rental service to anyone going to Japan.

CD Japan SIM card was very useful to me while I was in Japan. I was in Ibaraki and Tokyo. It was working all over the places with no problem.

Nice service, they notified me when my return date is near, and they also notified me when they received the item I mailed back so I don't need to wait in anxiety.
For first timer, I recommend people to rent one with better coverage area, it's important to at least have access to internet even thought it might turn slow after you hit data cap.
